From August ‘08, Burnside Croft will be offering self-catering accommodation in its former smiddy. The Smiddy is being renovated to an extremely high standard, incorporating energy-saving technologies, and will provide a relaxing hideaway for up to two people, with stunning views across the machair.

Berneray is a small island famed for its spectacular golden beaches and colourful machair, with plenty to offer wildlife enthusiasts, walkers, canoeists or those simply in search of peace and quiet.
