Christmas and New Year bookings are charged at peak season rates.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking; full balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival (see terms and conditions - please read before booking).

Short breaks are available during low season from £120 to £150 per night (minimum stay 2 nights).

Prices include:

• electricity and gas
• bed linen and towels
• if requested, a midweek service with towel change
• telephone/internet use up to £15
• use of bicycles

A grocery starter pack is available on request, should you wish to arrive to a well-stocked fridge. Guests are invited to complete this form (Word doc) and return by post or email.
